While the half of the world is taking the opportunity to rest the night, people on Berlin is buzzing and talking about the Samsung Unpacked Event. At the IFA 2013, the South Korean tech-giant unveiled the long-waited Samsung Galaxy Note III. The beef is the upgraded version of the last year’s Note II– upgraded in size, designs, qualities and internals. I understand that Samsung with the Note 3 is aim to answer all the ‘missing’ issues on the Note 2. Meaning, the Note 3 has offerings on its board that will redefy what really a phablet is; giving consumers’ satisfaction yet not disappointment.
Samsung will make you fall in love with Note III’s 5.7-inch Super Amoled display which runs at 1920×1080 Full HD resolutions for sharp, crisp but vividly colors on any screens. The 13megapixels camera with LED flash is at the back along with the speaker grills at the lower-left side and Samsung’s logo of course at the center just below the camera sensor. The 13megapixel sensor enables user to record Full HD 1080p video @ 60fps (frames per second) and while 4K recording capabilities will be available in some models. There’s also 2MP front-facing camera with Backside Illumination technology, and smart stabilization for average quality of photos and so video calls.
Unfortunately the Optical Image-Stabilization technology is not stated on this phablet but however, Note 3 can still deliver much-better quality images than the Note 2. More over, the Note 3 will come with two variants–LTE and 3G versions. The Galaxy Note 3 LTE is clocked by 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU while the 3G variant is at 2.3GHz Exynos Octa Core CPU. Both have 3GB of RAM for seamless and smooth multitasking, and gaming.
Samsung now learn from the criticisms against the predecessor of the Note III as they showed-off their craftsmanship with this newly-founded device. The Note 3 looks and feels like a premium smartphone with the soft and textured faux-leather back and thin bezels. Colorful as the device comes in three colors: jet black, classic white, and blush pink.
